A Talent of Mine
I already shared my most notable talents in the first post of the 50 day challenge, so allow me to share a lesser-known talent.
I don’t know where I picked this skill up, but I have the uncanny ability to catch small objects with my mouth. Grapes, Cheetos, almonds, popcorn, gum. I’m like a dog or seagull who catches food that’s thrown at them. Ain’t that grand? Actually I don’t do this with gum anymore, ever since a certain unfortunate accident in science class that scarred me slightly.

Dear Allan,
I met you when you and I ended up in the same class in grade 7. You looked like a cocky white kid who was probably a jerk. But it’s all good, because that was not true at all, except for the “white kid part”. We had fun times and became really close in grade 8. I make a habit of not emphasizing first impressions, because they always turn out to be wrong. It takes time to get to know someone. I have yet to meet a person who I could understand immediately.

Current: How I Met Your Mother.
This show contains two of my long-time crushes, Alysson Hannigan ever since I saw American Pie and Neil Patrick Harris ever since ever. Not to mention, this is one of those rare shows that makes me laugh out loud even when I’m alone. Case in point, the “miracle” scene, where the pencil falls from the ceiling and bounces off the trable into Barney’s nose. Man, that’s never going to get old.
